Eligibility Carrier Portal Authentication

To improve the batch and on-demand eligibility checks, we have added the ability to enter carrier portal authentication credentials in the PM. You will need to set up carrier portal credentials in the Carriers Master File.

  1. Go to Master Files | Carriers
  2. Select a Carrier.
  3. In the Portal User Name text box, enter the carrier’s portal user name.
    Note: If the username or password is incorrect, you will receive a message asking you to re-enter them.
  4. Enter the password is the Portal Password field, and confirm it.
  5. Click Save

If the above steps are not taken, you will receive an error when checking eligibility coming back from the payor.
